Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hog Mountain BBQ.

Due to the nature of many food products, all sales of consumable items such as rubs, sauces, marinades, and seasonings are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item.

For non-consumable items such as tools, thermometers, grills, or accessories, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
